We answer all of your burning questions! Here’s a quick guide to making your Trium experience as easy as possible.
How do I book classes?
You will be able to book classes either online, or via phone or email. Please book your classes 7 days in advance to ensure you get a mat.
How do I pay for classes?
We accept payment in the studio, either via cash, NETS, Visa/Mastercard or cheque.
I need to cancel my booked class, unfortunately. How do I do it?
In the event you need to cancel your booking, you can either do so online, up to 24 hours before class starts, or call us at least 4 hours before class starts. This way, we will be able to offer your spot on the mat to others on the waiting list.
I was unable to make it to my booked class, and didn’t get a chance to cancel. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds for no shows.
I am currently on the waitlist for a class. How do I find out if I got a spot?
We will get in touch with you either via SMS or a phone call. These will be allocated based on the booking order.
What do I need to bring along to my classes?
Just bring your water bottle, we will provide all equipment required and towels.
What should I wear?
Wear lightweight and comfortable clothing that you can move around and sweat in! For yoga or aerial classes, these will be conducted barefoot, and bring along sport shoes for Zumba or KPop classes.
I am currently pregnant. Can I still practice yoga?
We would highly encourage you to check with your doctor before starting any exercise program. We will also need a waiver to be signed if you choose to join any of our classes.
I currently have an injury/illness but would still like to join a program. What should I do?
If you have an injury or any health concerns, please check with your doctor to assess the suitability of our programs. Please also let our instructors know before the class starts of your health concerns or injuries.
