Kat's first foray into yoga was a challenge for her given how stiff she was. But her love of the strong yet gentle practice gave her the strength to slowly overcome the natural challenges that she had faced. Practicing yoga helps Kat find peace and restore balance amidst a hectic lifestyle. It also helps shape her physically, mentally and spiritually. Kat's classes usually focuses on alignment and the effective engagement of muscles, white encouraging a mindful practice.
A huge nature and animal lover, Kat hopes to do more good for the environment. She also loves a good run on the trails, a nice swim and some HIIT to balance out her fitness regime. Kat is a mother of one, and hopes to inspire her little one to live a full, happy and mindful life.
