Being an active person, Carolina always thought of yoga to be slow and boring. That was until she stepped on the mat to try her first Bikram class. Although challenging, it taught her to be patient with both herself and her body. As her love for the practice deepened with discipline and awareness on the mat, she was driven to attain her certification in Hatha and Yin yoga.

She upgrades herself constantly with courses and trainings. Still learning and loving the benefits of yoga, she aspires to guide her community to love themselves and live well through yoga.
